Sub-Zero Error Code 07

Sub-Zero code 07 means the freezer cabinet thermistor read open, shorted or erratic, so the board cannot reliably read the freezer temperature. Expect inconsistent freezing or alarms. It is a sensor/wiring fault that needs a technician, not a reset.

• Damaged thermistor wiring/connector
• Control-board input fault (less common)
