- Open 24/7
- Same-day service
- 365-day warranty
- Genuine OEM parts
To reset a Sub-Zero control panel, you can usually clear an alert from the touch display or briefly cut power at the breaker for a minute, then restore it. A reset clears nuisance alerts but won't fix a real fault — if a code or the SERVICE light returns, it needs diagnosis.
Soft reset
Use the panel's controls to dismiss the alert, or switch the unit off and on. For a power-cycle, turn off the breaker for ~60 seconds, then restore.
If it comes back
A returning code means the underlying fault is still present — read it in service mode and look it up in our error-code guide, then call us.

Will resetting my Sub-Zero delete the error?
It clears the displayed alert, but if the fault is real the board re-logs the code. Use the reset to confirm whether it's a glitch or a genuine fault.
